Ordering
|
• An order is limited to an amount that can be reasonably consumed by a household over a 3-month period. The order limit established by Unicity is a limit of three units of each nutritional, herbal or homeopathic product per order.
• Associates who would like to purchase products from the Canadian NFR program can do so in one of four ways:

- Phone Orders: (800) 571-4242
- Mail Orders: Unicity International, Inc., 1201 North 800 East, Orem UT 84097
• Canadian Associates can order all products listed on the Canadian Not-For-Resale Price List after submitting a completed Canadian NFR Agreement.
• Payment for NFR products must be made in Canadian dollars by credit card or cashier's check. Credit card options include: Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®.
• Applicable taxes (GST / PST) will be charged at time of ordering.
• A 8% shipping and handling fee (minimum $10 CN) will be charged to each order for express (3-4 day) delivery.
• Orders will be shipped directly from Unicity International's U.S. Distribution Center to the Associate's Canadian shipping address.

Products

• Unicity NFR products are U.S. products with U.S. English labeling.
• Products selected for the Canadian NFR program are listed on the Canadian Not-For-Resale Price List. Only certain Unicity products are available for NFR purchase; therefore, Associates must not introduce into Canada, products that are not listed on the Canadian Not-For-Resale Price List. Unicity will not mediate on your behalf regarding this activity. Additionally, Unicity will not be responsible for any fees incurred by an order being returned for the aforementioned; these fees will be the responsibility of the Associates placing the order.
• All products are priced in Canadian dollars at Canadian wholesale prices. |
Eligibility

• Associates whose accounts are in good standing in Canada are eligible to purchase Not-For-Resale (NFR) products.
• In order to purchase Canadian NFR products, rules and requirements must be followed (see Distributorship Application/Agreement). Failure to comply with Canadian regulations and laws can result in termination and legal penalties for the Associate as well as the company. Associates with questions about the NFR products should consult the Client Care Center at (801) 226-2224.
• NFR products are for personal consumption only. Reselling, distributing, or giving away NFR products is strictly prohibited. Any participant who is found in violation of this policy will be prohibited from purchasing NFR products in the future. Additionally, an Associate participant found reselling NFR products will be placed on probation and may have his or her distributorship terminated.
